Dispute Resolution

Assegaf Hamzah & Partners primarily acts for international corporates and their Indonesian subsidiaries with regards to domestic labour laws and is especially experienced in employee terminations. Tax
Wibowo Mukti and Muslimin Damanhuri jointly lead the tax and customs department at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners. Mukti has significant experience in tax matters, having previously worked at the Indonesian Revenue Service and PwC Jakarta.
