Aviation

Acting for domestic corporates and large international lenders, the team at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners has experience in almost every area of finance including in the drafting of legislation. Dispute Resolution

Assegaf Hamzah & Partners primarily acts for international corporates and their Indonesian subsidiaries with regards to domestic labour laws and is especially experienced in employee terminations. The group also handles matters for some domestic clients. Practice head Ahmad Maulana is advising Lintec in relation to a dispute with its labour union.

IT and Telecoms
Assegaf Hamzah & Partners acts for high-profile clients such as Indosat, Telekomunikasi Indonesia and XL Axiata – three of the largest telecoms providers in Indonesia – handling commercial transactions and regulatory compliance. Tax
Wibowo Mukti and Muslimin Damanhuri jointly lead the tax and customs department at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners. Mukti has significant experience in tax matters, having previously worked at the Indonesian Revenue Service and PwC Jakarta.
