A significant banking mandate saw the firm act for the project company in the financing of Indonesia’s first and Southeast Asia’s largest floating solar power plant.

The capital markets team notably advised the managers on the first-ever sovereign guaranteed global notes issue by an Indonesian SOE and also assisted the co-issuers on the first investment-grade green project bond issued by the private sector in the jurisdiction. On the equity front, the firm was busy with mandates such as rights issues, buybacks and IPOs.
