Medco Maple Tree Pte. Ltd.’s US$500 million issuance of global bonds

Acted for Medco Maple Tree Pte. Ltd. in the issuance of global bonds guaranteed by PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk., and other subsidiaries, with the total amount of US$500 million, due 2029, with a coupon of 8.960% listed in Singapore Stock Exchange under Regulations S and Rule 144A of the United States Securities Act of 1933 (as amended). The proceeds from the issuance of the bonds will be used to conduct tenders, refinance, or repay existing indebtedness, or replace undrawn committed facilities. This matter was awarded: Deal of the Year: High Yield (Medco) by the IFLR Asia Pacific Awards 2024. Partners Bono Daru Adji and Intan Paramita led the transaction.
