Granting of syariah syndicated facilities to PT Armada Gema Nusantara

Advised PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) as one of the syndicated lenders in the proposed granting of US$231.9 million syariah syndicated facilities to PT Armada Gema Nusantara as borrower. This transaction is highlighted as the biggest onshore USD syndicated sharia financing transaction in Indonesia to date. Partners Ibrahim Sjarief Assegaf, Kanya Satwika, Yanu Wiriasmoko, Harun Wailan Ngantung led the transaction.
