PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk’s IDR3.13 billion initial public offering

Acted for PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk in their Initial Public Offering (IPO) on 9 October 2023. BREN is one of Indonesia’s leading renewable energy companies. BREN offered 4.015 billion shares at a price of Rp 780 per share, successfully raising a total of Rp3,131,700,000. Partner Putu Suryastuti led the transaction.
