Putu was made a partner of Assegaf Hamzah in 2013, having been with the firm since 2003. She possesses an innate understanding of client businesses and needs, and has worked on mandates involving a wide range of industries, including banking, telecommunications, aerospace, manufacturing and the plantation sector.  She now focuses her practice primarily on debt and corporate restructuring, capital markets, banking and finance, and foreign direct investment.

Experience

Among the recent significant mandates Putu has worked on are mortgage lender Bank Tabungan Negara’s USD 199 million IPO in 2009, the USD 11 billion Bank Mandiri Rights Issue in 2010, and national flag carrier Garuda Indonesia’s USD 382.8 million IPO in 2011. She recently played a key role in the PT Bank Tabungan Negara Rights issue (2012) and the 2013 IPO of PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk, the first Indonesian private equity firm to go public.
