Recent notable mandates include representing an investment bank’s subsidiary in the acquisition of a 5,000 m2 development site in one of Jakarta’s busiest commercial districts, advising a Singapore-based online real-estate broker on the establishment of its Indonesian subsidiary and subsequent purchase of leading Indonesian real-estate portal, and representing a subsidiary of a Malaysian state energy firm in a land acquisition project in East Java.
We are currently assisting a consortium of foreign investors with a proposed major land acquisition in Bali for the development of an integrated tourist resort, and a Singapore-based manufacturing company with the purchase of a 3,000 m2 industrial site on the outskirts of Jakarta.
